The menu was wonderful, the decor fit the theme perfectly, the food was hot and moist the entire 2.5 hours we served meals and your staff, as always, was very professional.

I wanted to send a quick note to let you know how pleased we were with the food and service that Classic Catering provide for the City of Minnetonka's employee recognition luncheon.

The EIA committee sponsors this event each year. Committee members have received many comments from the city employees about how delicious everything was, and we were all impressed by the professionalism of everyone at Classic. From our first contact, everything went so smoothly. I really appreciated the help the two of you gave me whenever I made a phone call to ask questions or to make a change in our contract. I never had to worry about a thing because I knew it would all be taken care of.

Your caterers arrived right on time and quickly went to work getting everything set up. The food was served promptly and at eh perfect temperatures and everyone had plenty to eat. They cut the cake that our committee had ordered and set out individual pieces on plates, ready for all to serve themselves. when the event ended, they rapidly cleared the tables and even put the leftover food into our containers for us!

It's always gratifying to witness a job well done, and this certainly fits into that category. I would never hesitate to recommend Classic Catering to anyone looking for a quality company to cater and event for them.
